Member meetings & society minutes

We hold regular committee and members meetings throughout the year to discuss site maintenance, site developments, and general society business. Full meeting minutes are documented and made available to all members following each session. Keep an eye on our community noticeboard and diary dates to ensure your voice is heard.

Seasonal seed & plant swaps

Kick off the growing season by sharing spare seeds, propagated cuttings, and healthy young seedlings with fellow growers. Our seed and plant swap days are open to plot holders, family members, and local gardening neighbours. It is a fantastic opportunity to try new heritage varieties and exchange valuable growing advice.

Community summer barbecues

Celebrate the harvest and warm weather at our annual allotment barbecues. We invite all plot holders, friends, and families to come together on the site. Please remember to bring along your own food, drink, and camping chairs or outdoor seating so everyone can relax and enjoy the afternoon comfortably.
